ANALYSIS OF TOUR OPERATOR ACTIVITIES IN BULGARIA

Abstract
The tour operator sector is the second most important in the tourism industry, which has direct impact on the hotel business and the tourist destination development. The aim of this paper is to analyze the activity of Bulgarian tour operators and travel agencies with a special focus on cultural tourism. To this end, a survey was conducted, using a random sample of Bulgarian tour operators.
