Abstract
In today's economy, education is seen as a form of investment in human capital which determines the quality and success of the production. With the constant updating of knowledge and fierce competition, lifelong learning becomes a necessity. The interest in the problem of intellectual resources is associated with the transition of the most developed countries to postindustrial society. This is a society which falls into the place of industrial production, often referred to as an economy, based on knowledge (the knowledge economy).
