CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNAL BUSINESS SOCIAL NETWORKS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTOR

Abstract
The progress of technologies and the increasing role of information for social-economic development have led to the emergence and growth of the Information technology industry. One of the main sector's characteristics is that the basic of success is the quality of human resource, which is a key factor for growth. Increased demand for skilled IT professionals created deficit on labor market and the management meet a serious challenge in searching ways to deal with the problem. This research analyze new and unknown tool for improving of human resources management –“Internal business social networks”. The Internal business social networks are used as a tool for improving of the organization of work processes and facilitating collaboration, knowledge and skills sharing between employees.
